Teen Services

If you are a teenager, this page is for you!

First off, we are glad that you found this page!

If you are here, you probably are trying to figure out how to feel better or less stressed out. Or maybe you’re just curious because you have a friend who seems depressed or anxious, and you want to help them.

Whatever the reason (small or large), you came to the right place!

Teenagers face all types of stress.

I don’t have to tell you about school stress, friend drama, a parent who is using alcohol/drugs, or over-involved parents.

You, or someone you know, has possibly dealt with at least one of these firsthand.

At times, it can feel as though you are trying your best, but nothing seems to take the pain away.

You may feel that there is no hope, and no one can help.

I can tell you with 100% certainty that we are here and want to help.

Therapy helps relieve stress.

What you may not know is that talking to a therapist can help you figure out how to deal with all this stress in your life.

You might have even seen a therapist before, and you felt it did not help.

It is true, one size does not fit all, but we are hopeful that you do not stop trying and that we could be a great match for you.

A safe, private place is a must.

When you talk to us, we keep what you say private.

We do not tell anyone your personal business, not even your parents (unless you give us permission and you want us to for some reason); but there are a few exceptions where we might want to talk to others.

We want you to feel safe, listened to, and included.

We believe you have a voice in your life; and while you might need guidance, you are figuring yourself out!

Support is available.

Dealing with stress in life can be overwhelming.

Therapists can support you in ways that friends or parents sometimes can’t.

We would love the opportunity to help you out along the way!

Call us now to talk.

It is free and private.
